FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

Originally from North Carolina, Champaine Alexander brings both professional experience and personal insight to her role as President of Rose Fulfillment. With a background in affordable housing, she has dedicated her career to creating programs that provide safe, stable homes for families and seniors. Champaine’s passion for this work is deeply personal — having experienced housing insecurity herself, she understands the challenges families face and the transformative impact of stability. She leads Rose Fulfillment with empathy, vision, and a commitment to helping every family thrive.

TREASURER

Travis Chapa, Ph.D. serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Rose Fulfillment. With over 15 years in science and public health, he has guided therapies from development through global launch. Travis is also dedicated to public service, having served on the Los Angeles City Health Commission, co-founded and served as Treasurer of the Shelter Partnership Associate Board, and mentored youth in STEM through NAACP programs. At Rose Fulfillment, he leverages his nonprofit leadership and financial expertise to advance the organization’s mission of empowering families and strengthening communities.

SECRETARY

Michael Adcock is a real estate broker, property manager, and nonprofit founder dedicated to building stronger, more inclusive communities. With years of experience in real estate and organizational leadership, he brings a deep understanding of housing, mentorship, and community engagement to Rose Fulfillment’s mission. Michael holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His passion lies in creating opportunities that empower families and promote long-term stability.
